The 6th German-Brazilian Mining and Natural Resources Conference will take place on 18 and 19 August via the Zoom platform. Since 2016, the conference has been the main event for relations between the Brazilian and German mining sectors. This year, dynamic panels will provide space for presentations by experts from both countries. This will be followed by a panel discussion in which further experts will discuss the presented topic.
The 6th German-Brazilian Mining and Raw Materials Conference positions itself as an important space for presenting solutions for the Brazilian raw materials supply chain and supports the long-term existence of German-Brazilian business relations in this sector.
The sponsors of the conference are Haver & Boecker, ifm electronic, RWE, Siemens, Voith and Vulkan. Representatives of the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), the International Raw Materials Policy Department of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), the Brazilian Geological Survey (CPRM) and the German Mineral Resources Agency (DERA) of the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR) will also take part in the event.
