METS2018 is the EU-Latin America Mining & Exploration Convention and Trade Show that will take place from 10th to 12th April 2018 in Madrid (Spain), organized within the EU funded project EU-Latin America Mineral Development Network Platform.
EU and Latin American partners will be able to meet in person, gather firsthand information, engage in the discussions, exchange good practices and promote their investment opportunities, technologies, companies and organizations.
Convention
The Conference will offer the opportunity to exchange and discuss on many topics relevant for the extractive industries, to showcase projects, technologies and equipment and to promote investment opportunities. The results of the project EU-Latin America Mineral Development Network Platform will be presented to the stakeholders and participants and an in situ demonstration of the digital platform will take place.
All conference material will be available in English, Spanish and Portuguese and interpretation services from and into these three languages will be available for all sessions and workshops.
Trade Show
The Exhibition area will create the opportunity to present investment possibilities, services and equipment as well as to showcase project ideas, companies or research entities.
